FOCACCIA

HERB - Lightly flavored with mixed Italian herbs                                 

GARLIC - Brushed with freshly crushed garlic and a dash of oil                              

CHEESE - Sprinkling of mozzarella cheese and herbs                               

STARTERS

ANTIPASTO - Assorted Italian cold meats (imported)                                     

BRUSCHETTA - Two slices of Italian bread rubbed with fresh garlic, olive oil & fresh chopped tomatoes

MUSSELS - Prepared in a delicious creamy garlic, white wine & parmesan sauce (also served as main course)

CALAMARI - Falklands calamari tubes grilled with lemon butter & fresh herbs                         

CARPACCIO - Thinly sliced raw beef drizzled in olive oil & garnished with parmesan shavings & celery

CHICKEN LIVERS - Sautéed in tomato, garlic & wine. Served in a focaccia basket (also served as main course with vegetables)                      

SMOKED SALMON - Served on a bed of lettuce with capers & fresh lemon

MINESTRONE - Thick vegetable soup

SNAILS - Prepared in a delicious creamy garlic, white wine & parmesan sauce
